Contest Rules
Prizes: Each month, one winner will receive a free, one-year's supply of In Clover products for his or her pet. One-year supply is based upon a 10-pound cat, a 20-pound small dog, or a large dog up to 60 pounds. One-year supply includes a joint supplement and a digestive aid. If winner is a dog, one-year supply also includes Savvy Snax Joint and Dental products for dogs. One-year supply will be delivered in one shipment. Total approximate retail value of all prizes over term of contest is $3403.
Eligibility: Entrants must be a U.S. resident, 18 years of age or older as of 7/1/07, and the owner of the pet entered. To be eligible, entrants must complete all boxes of Contest Entry Form and submit photo of pet. Limit one winner, either dog or cat, per entrant. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Contest expires 3/31/08.
General: By accepting prize, winner agrees that all information and material submitted becomes the property of In Clover and will not be returned and that acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use pet's name and likeness for marketing without further compensation. Winner also agrees to hold In Clover, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims, damages, and liability arising out of use of prize. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by the Contest Rules and the decisions of In Clover, which are final. In Clover reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any entry that, in its sole opinion, reflects negatively on In Clover, the contest, or any other person or entity, or does not comply with these requirements of Contest Rules.
